What makeup colors should i use to match my complextion?

My hair is a honey blonde color, and i have darkish blue eyes, and my skin color is pale/peach. and i have a heart shaped face and high cheek bones and my eyes are almonded shaped. I really want to focus on my eyes and make them pop.

    you want to put white eye shadow in the corner of your eye near the bridge of your nose and apply bright colors to create the illusion of bigger brighter eyes. you can also put some eye shadow below your eyes to make them the focus. dont add to much color to your lips and maybe a medium to pail pink for blush but dont add to much or your face will look painted
