stretch marks
m3rcali asked:

Well, I been kind of chubby back then. Ever since that i start exercising, I lost approximately 20 pounds or maybe lesser or more. Today, I notice the most unpleasant marks, and it was, “STRETCH MARKS” on my back, some on my thighs, some on my chest, some on my arms, and some on my sides and tummy.

Nothing will get rid of them but in time they do fade. Some creams out there can help them look less noticible but there is nothing you can do to get rid of them

Coco Butter or a nice shea butter lotion takes them away fast. good luck!

The sad truth is there is no way to get rid of them, they are in a deep layer of your skin and can only be removed by having that skin cut off, such as if you have a tummy tuck. Any creams or treatments are just rip offs. They do fade with time but will never go away. Sorry, I have them too.

Stretch marks are a type of scar. I got mine to fade significantly with Mederma, and so have some of my friends after they had children. Also, congratulations on losing the weight; it’s not easy to do.

You can’t get rid of them easy (it takes surgery) but you can reduce the appearance of them. Do a search online for for stretch mark removal and you’ll find articles that talk about removal procedures, and other options.

lol u don’t need surgery to remove stretch markes, they have creams expecially for that in stores. Theres one cream that made by Palmers its a cocoa butter cream for stretch marks. Make sure it says its for stretch marks. You can a really cocoa butter amke sure its pure cocoa butter and nothing added. Shea Butter works too but can’t be brought in stores but thats ok because they are pretty much the same thing.
    Hope i helped a bit
